In case you're wandering what in the world is in the photo above - that my friends is what is called a Naked Portafilter and no you won't find one of these at your local Mermaid establishment (aka sbux).
I just wanted to post this photo that brought a caffienated tear to my eye. A big shout out to my fellow Church Bartenders, Dan & Sean for their passion for coffee, conversation, and Christ.
